Initial Clean

Your first clean naturally takes a little more time and attention, as we are refreshing areas that haven’t yet had the benefit of a professional clean. This includes tackling built-up dust, grime, and grease in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas.

While we follow the same thorough methods outlined in our Regular Maintenance Cleaning Checklist down below, we focus on giving each room extra care to ensure your home feels fully refreshed, polished, and ready for ongoing maintenance.

Optional areas that can be done in the initial clean (available at an extra cost):

  • Interior oven cleaning
  • Interior fridge and freezer cleaning
  • Range-hood filter cleaning
  • Air vent filters
  • Internal window cleaning
  • Door and wall spot cleaning
